#2	No Trolling Malicious trolling such as impersonating a nationality, treating everything like it’s a war crime will not be tolerated. Do not impersonate the staff in any malicious ways such as spreading false rumours, leaking codes, and claiming to be a staff. Do not catfish people that you have met in this group for recreational purposes, you will be banned and reported to VRChat.	1st offense: mute 1h 2nd offense: mute 6h 3rd offense: kick Ban for any leak 5min mute for asking codes repeatedly	Instance Kick for asking password leaks repeatedly Ban for impersonating staff Ban for any leak
#3	No Spam Do not spam to grow your social credit or/and make excessive use of the soundboard in a repetitive and alarming way, discord automated slowmode may be activated to prevent spam.	1st and 2nd offense: warn 3rd offense and beyond: 1 day mute known rule breaker: 2d mute every time	1st offense: Warn 2nd offense: Mute 3rd offense: Instance Kick Using a crasher avatar will lead to ban
#4	No Scams Do not promote other communities or/and your services without a partnership or verification. No Direct Message advertising/trading, any trade happening in a DM even to friends, is to be considered a scam and the Enderia Network is not responsible. Do Not place portals in our VRChat instance to lure people in your instance and take advantage of groups fair.	Permanent ban	ban for unauthorized group promotion Ban for unauthorized portals
#5	No Shady Business Do not talk about Cryptocurrency or self-harm to gain attention in the written chats, pick the therapy roles to unlock the vent channel or/and find a real psychologist/psychiatrist. (however, talking of Cryptocurrency in the VRChat instances is not disallowed as long as it doesn’t break rule #4)	1st offense: mute 1 day or warn 2nd offense: mute 6 days 3rd offense: ban.	1st offense: warn for drama 2nd offense: Instance kick for drama
#6	Be Mature Keep a mature behavior in our discord server and VRChat instances, although, keeping all your posts SFW pegi-13 E-rated for Everyone is a must. #7	Ask for Help when needed For small issues call any of the staff members by pinging them in global chats (yes you can do that) but preferably, if there is an issue open a ticket and a new channel will created below the ticket feature called “ticket for *yourname*, Please do not DM the staff members in private or your issue will be ignored. Do not make alt accounts if you get banned, to appeal a ban or report a member of the staff use the ban appeal form on the website, ban appeals with short text and AI generated prompts will not be taken care of. remember that these rules are only a way to keep our community members safe, and any staff can make it up the ranks with the right amount of commitment, but it is up to the members to “watch out” where the staff is not looking and report it in our tickets or verbally and clearly to a staff member.
